Shipping Cost
The basic price for delivery to the EU countries starts at 20 EUR. Delivery within The Czech Republic starts at 89 CZK. The final cost of shipping will be displayed at the purchase checkout and may vary depending on the destination and weight of the package. Any additional fees or charges related to shipping, such as customs duties or taxes, will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping and Handling Time
Our maximum shipping and handling time ranges between 3 to 10 working days. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on factors such as product availability and destination.

At STRIIDE, we prioritize the quality and safety of your purchases. Each pair of sneakers is individually wrapped in a sturdy shoebox, which is then placed inside a protective cardboard box. This double packaging ensures that your sneakers are well-protected during transit, minimizing the risk of any damage. In the event that your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. STRIIDE will not be held liable for any delays, failed deliveries, or misroutings resulting from inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
